MEDITATION

A simple meditation practice is essential for anyone who seeks a more peaceful life and state of being.  The word "practice" is key, though.  It can be a challenge to quiet our busy minds, but the rewards of a calmer, more centered way of being is worth the bit of time and effort that it takes to practice meditation.

Start small, be patient with yourself, and gradually build up to deeper meditations if you feel drawn to do so.  You really can start with just a few conscious breaths.  If you'd like to try a guided meditation there are hundreds available for free online.  Below are a couple of my go to spots for guided meditation.

There are several excellent courses that are presented as a meditation series at www.orindaben.com .  They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend working with any of the courses that resonate with you.  The Transcending Your Ego courses are very transformative.
